Mediation
Will Earnhart has participated in alternative dispute resolution his entire career and completed formal training as a mediator in 2021. He regularly mediates commercial disputes. He has extensive experience in many areas, including contracts, land disputes, construction, personal injury, and employment matters.
Arbitration
Will Earnhart has regularly served as a neutral arbitrator since 2004. He has extensive experience in a number of areas, including contracts, land disputes, construction, personal injury, insurance, and employment disputes.
Holly Wells has 20 years of experience advising government boards and commissions in administrative hearings involving taxation, land use matters, ethic violations, and other administrative matters and has served as a hearing officer in enforcement proceedings and various land use matters. In addition, Ms. Wells has successfully represented municipal governments, private parties, and corporations before numerous federal and state agencies, including the Alaska Public Offices Commission, the Local Boundary Commission, the Alaska Redistricting Board, and the Federal Maritime Commission, as well as before the Alaska Supreme Court and the Alaska Superior Court. Ms. Wells routinely sits as a hearing officer and decision maker in quasi-judicial proceedings for municipalities large and small, providing her experience in resolving disputes in extremely complex civil matters ranging from taxation, contractual disputes, maritime matters, land use, and challenges arising under the United States and Alaska constitutions.
Jeff Davis served ten years as an Administrative Law Judge with the Regulatory Commission of Alaska, including five years as Chief Administrative Law Judge, where he presided over multi-party regulated utility dockets, including both traditional litigation leading to a Commission decision and also alternative dispute resolution procedures to reach a settlement between the parties.
