The cornerstone of Ms. Badten’s representation of associations is responsiveness, timeliness, and following matters through to completion. Ms. Badten also advises on contract disputes, real estate disputes, creditor’s rights, landlord-tenant law (landlords), secured transactions, and commercial litigation.
