Michael J. Schwarz is a transactional attorney who helps lead the firm with more than twenty years of experience advising clients on complex real estate, business, and regulatory matters. His practice centers on commercial real estate and development, with a particular emphasis on the hospitality and outdoor recreation industries. He represents a wide range of operators—including hunting and fishing lodges, adventure tourism companies, heli‑skiing outfits, resorts, hotels, and restaurants—providing counsel that blends legal precision with practical, business‑focused insight.
