Biography
Ann Bruner joined Birch Horton Bittner & Cherot in February 2025. Prior to joining the firm, Ann was a shareholder at Durrell Law Group, P.C. where she specialized in business law, estate planning and estate and trust administration for more than 25 years. Her practice includes all varieties of business planning and commercial transactions, including the organization of new businesses, business purchase and sale transactions, commercial real estate transactions, buy-sell agreements, and business succession planning.
Ann also works with clients on estate planning and estate and trust administration. Estate planning services include the preparation of wills, trusts and related planning documents, estate and income tax minimization, asset protection, wealth transfer strategies, succession of family-owned businesses, and probate and trust administration.
Ann works closely with many Alaska families and business owners.
