Biography
David Gross is a member of the Firm’s litigation practice group and is the lead attorney in the contingency fee/personal injury section of the Firm. His practice focuses on complex multi-party civil litigation, including product liability claims, commercial disputes, serious personal injury, large loss subrogation, and insurance coverage disputes. He does not limit himself to representing defendants or plaintiffs but represents both, which adds to his level of experience and allows him a unique perspective in each case.
On the defense side, he has won a number of dispositive motions concluding the case prior to trial and has vigorously defended the rights of his clients. On the plaintiff side, David has tried and settled numerous cases, recovering over $60 million. He is experienced in pre-suit dispute resolution, litigation, and trial and appellate procedure. His clients include individuals, local corporations, insurance companies, and international corporations.
When he is not working, David enjoys spending time with his children and traveling to unique destinations. He is also an accomplished tournament poker player competing in events such as the World Series of Poker.

- Represented numerous individuals in personal injury cases and have recovered over $60 million in damages.
- Represented various entities in numerous air crash cases, including small commercial aircraft, helicopters and private planes.
- Represented individuals in bad faith lawsuits against their insurance companies for violations of the terms of the insurance policy and the implied-in-law covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
