Biography
Alisha Hartley joined Birch Horton Bittner & Cherot in February 2025 after 21 years with Durrell Law Group, P.C. As the primary paralegal in the firm’s estate planning practice, she works directly with clients on estate planning, probate, trust administration, and gift and estate tax return preparation. Alisha also works with the firm’s business attorneys on business matters including, corporate maintenance, corporate compliance, LLC and corporation formation, and real estate titling matters.
Alisha is recognized for her attention to detail, client service, and effective communication. She collaborates closely with attorneys and clients and stays current on developments in estate and business matters.
When Alisha is not in the office, she participates in volunteering activities with her children’s organizations. Her favorite activities involve spending time with her family at their home on the Kenai River in Soldotna, and long biking adventures with her family.
