Nicole M. Bayne

Ms. Bayne joined the firm in 2019 as a Law Clerk, shortly after receiving her Juris Doctorate from The George Washington University Law School. She became an Associate of the firm in 2020.  Ms. Bayne’s studies at GW focused on the intersection of agricultural and environmental law. While in law school, Ms. Bayne served as Senior Production Editor for the George Washington Journal on Energy and Environmental Law and was a legal intern at the Department of Agriculture’s Office of General Counsel, Natural Resources and Environment Division.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Bayne worked for the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Agriculture, Congressman Kevin McCarthy (CA-23), and former Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin.  Ms. Bayne’s practice focuses on legislative and regulatory issues.
