Biography
Ms. Eisberg’s practice focuses primarily on commercial and complex litigation. In this context, Ms. Eisberg has represented local, national, and multi-national businesses, as well as municipal corporations and governmental agencies, regarding matters running the gamut from state and federal constitutional issues to regulatory compliance to contract disputes. Ms. Eisberg represents clients in state and federal court, as well in administrative proceedings and on appeal. Ms. Eisberg came to the firm after two clerkships with Alaska Superior Court judges, the Hon. Catherine Easter and the Hon. Peter Ramgren.
After graduating from Columbia University with a degree in Russian Language and Culture, Ms. Eisberg attended law school at the University of California, Irvine School of Law. During law school, Ms. Eisberg clerked at the Anchorage District Attorney's Office and Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office, where she prosecuted misdemeanor and felony matters. Ms. Eisberg is a lifelong Alaskan who attended West High School. She enjoys motorcycling and hiking, and volunteers with Big Brothers, Big Sisters.
