Our personal injury team is headed by Timothy J. Petumenos, an experienced trial lawyer with more than 25 years experience encompassing some of Alaska's most historic cases, including service as lead trial counsel in the state Exxon Valdez oil spill litigation. Mr. Petumenos' experience as a certified pilot assists in aviation related cases, and his fluency in Spanish results in superior service to our Hispanic clients. David Karl Gross specializes in all aspects of insurance law and has experience dealing with a wide variety of claims. Mr. Gross is particularly qualified to address our clients' subrogation claims when they arise. Daniel C. Kent specializes in serious accident cases.

Areas of practice for this team include automobile accidents, premises accidents, aviation accidents, products liability, insurance bad faith, maritime accidents, subrogation claims and business torts. All services in these areas are provided on a contingent fee basis.
