Mr. Vassar is bond and legal counsel to various bond issuers, including the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation, Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority and Alaska Energy Authority in issuing a broad range of short- and long-term debt.  He is nationally recognized for his bond financing practice and is listed in the National Association of Bond Lawyers Directory.
