Practice Areas
Ms. Owens' practice focuses on representation of pipelines and public utilities (including telecommunications) in regulatory proceedings, litigation and commercial transactions. She also advises clients on intellectual property issues, appellate matters and commercial litigation, and has particular expertise in the areas of oil, gas and mining. Ms. Owens joined the Anchorage office in 2006.
