Mr. Miller is a senior litigation attorney with experience in business torts, commercial litigation, construction law, insurance defense, aviation law, education law, employment law, defense of personal injury cases, commercial landlord/tenant, partnership and corporation breakups, ANILCA access issues and criminal law. His litigation practice includes state, federal and administrative proceedings at both trial and appellate levels. His transactional experience includes formation of air ambulance (medevac) services, commercial leases, purchase and sale of aircraft, aircraft repair stations and Part 135 operations, and fishing/hunting guiding operations.

Mr. Miller is also a licensed pilot, with the following qualifications: commercial, instrument, multi-engine (4,000 hours TT); land and sea; multi-engine/instrument instructor; and glider. He holds LB34 (Lockheed Harpoon) and P2V (Lockheed Neptune) type ratings.
