Ms. Grovier provides clients with natural resources law expertise in the areas of oil, gas and mining. She has assisted clients in negotiating mineral leases, easements and surface use agreements and in acquiring various permits and government approvals. She represents pipeline and telecommunications carriers and other public utilities before the Regulatory Commission of Alaska and state courts, providing assistance with certificate acquisitions and transfers, and on tariff, revenue requirement, rate design and deregulatory issues. Ms. Grovier also advises clients on intellectual property issues. In addition to her extensive regulatory practice, Ms. Grovier has broad appellate, litigation, arbitration and commercial transaction experience.
