Areas of Practice

Mr. Gerlach’s practice focuses on commercial and real estate transactions and related litigation issues. He assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of contracts and leases; the formation of business organizations (corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, joint ventures, and non-profit corporations); regulatory compliance; property acquisitions; real estate financing; land use and zoning; commercial loan documentation; foreclosures; ANCSA related issues; and commercial litigation. Mr. Gerlach joined the Anchorage office in 2007.
