Mr. Garner’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, including construction, government contract, products liability and personal injury claims. Mr. Garner also represents selected clients in criminal defense matters. Mr. Garner has conducted numerous jury and bench trials throughout Alaska, as well as administrative hearings and construction industry arbitrations. He served as an assistant district attorney for more than seven years before joining the firm in 1999.
