Practice Areas
Mr. Fisher practices general civil and commercial litigation with a primary emphasis in appellate practice, labor and employment law, business torts, trade secrets, restrictive covenants and computer security litigation. He actively counsels clients with an eye towards avoiding costly litigation and searches for creative solutions to business problems. But where litigation is necessary, Mr. Fisher has a broad range of litigation experience, including jury trials and appeals, and represents clients in state and federal court as well as before administrative agencies and in arbitration proceedings.
Mr. Fisher frequently publishes in national journals and law reviews, and is a regular and featured lecturer at seminars addressing topics on labor and employment law, civil procedure, and federal practice and procedure.

- Before attending college, Mr. Fisher served eight years in the United States Army field artillery, attaining the grade of staff sergeant.
