Mr. Fineman's litigation practice encompasses a wide range of areas, including construction defect matters, contract disputes, design controversies and construction claims. His practice also includes representation of Alaska Native clients and prosecution of forcible entry and detainer (eviction) actions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Fineman worked for an Anchorage-based construction management firm for six years, where he was involved in many large commercial and industrial projects. Before attending law school, Mr. Fineman worked for an Anchorage-based general contractor on a variety of commercial projects. In addition to his extensive construction background and the insight gained from working for both owners and general contractors, Mr. Fineman's experience as a registered professional engineer lends unique breadth to the firm's construction litigation group.
