Mr.  Eberle practices primarily in the areas of telecommunications law.  He represents clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), state utility commissions, and Federal courts.  His practice involves a wide range of telecommunications issues including Universal Service, wireless services, broadband, public safety, regulation of equipment manufacturers, and open Internet policy.  Mr. Eberle also advises clients that participate in U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) contracting programs and represents clients in federal procurement disputes before the SBA and Government Accountability Office. Prior to attending law school, he worked for the New Democrat Network in Washington, D.C.
