Mr. Eberle practices primarily in the areas of telecommunications regulation and legislation, including a wide range of wireline and wireless issues. He assists with the representation of telecommunications clients before the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) as well as state agencies. Mr. Eberle also assists with the firm’s natural resources and wildlife litigation. Prior to attending law school, he worked for the New Democrat Network in Washington, D.C.
