Ms. Kitchen’s practice focuses on natural resource matters including permitting, compliance, and regulatory issues.  Ms. Kitchen brings a technical science background to her legal practice; in 2003 she earned an undergraduate degree with distinction in Geology from Colorado College.  Before joining the firm in 2011, Ms. Kitchen clerked for the Alaska Supreme Court where she enjoyed analyzing a broad range of appellate issues.
