Biography

Aaron is a seasoned litigation attorney whose practice centers on private and multiparty commercial litigation, with additional expertise in insurance defense, municipal law, and personal injury. Drawing on his extensive experience as a former district attorney, Aaron has successfully conducted numerous jury and bench trials across Alaska, as well as administrative board and appellate hearings in both state and federal jurisdictions.

Aaron is particularly adept at navigating the increasingly complex regulatory landscape governing Federal Aviation Administration, employment law and corporate compliance. He maintains strong working relationships with various regulatory bodies and is skilled in developing policies, procedures, and best practices that align with both state and federal legal standards. His strategic approach ensures that clients remain compliant while minimizing litigation risk.

In his advisory role, Aaron often consults with employers of all sizes on a wide range of matters including personnel policies, internal practices, hiring protocols, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures. His guidance helps organizations foster legally sound workplace environments and maintain operational integrity in the face of evolving legal challenges.

In his spare time, you can find Aaron exploring Prince William Sound with his wife and kids or volunteering as a Search and Rescue Mission Pilot with the Alaska Wing of Civil Air Patrol.
