The Anchorage office of Birch, Horton, Bittner and Cherot provides full-service legal representation to clients throughout Alaska. Since 1971, our skilled attorneys, on behalf of a broad base of clients, have played important roles in events and projects shaping Alaska's history and future.

Other times, the right law is already on the books, but it’s not being enforced by the government, or it’s being administered in a way our client believes is incorrect. In these instances, BHBC seeks solutions via the executive and legislative branches at the local, state, or federal level. Where federal issues are involved, our Anchorage and Washington D.C. offices coordinate strategy and implement a cost-effective solution to achieve our client’s goals.
